Denese Kerns

 Ralph has been a resident of Northern Virginia for over 16 Years. Maura Halverson

 Maura is a longtime resident in the Washington, DC area where she spent most of her married life with just four years away in Atlanta, GA. She and her husband have five grown daughters and a son and three grandchildren. She originally comes from Memphis, TN where she grew up with eight brothers and sisters and a mother and father in the medical profession.  MaryAnn has been a Realtor in the Northern Virginia area for over 11 years.  She holds the CRS Designation (Certified Residential Specialist) as well as the GRI (Graduate of Real Estate Institute).  She has also received many industry related awards.  MaryAnn specializes in residential real estate in Loudoun and Fairfax Counties, but has extensive knowledge of other areas including the Outer Banks.  She is also educated in 1031 exchanges.  Her background includes a BA in Political Science with a Business minor and several years of Human Resource, Legal, and Marketing experience.  She presently holds a board position with a local eCommerce corporation.  She has previously served on the BAR (Board of Architectural Review) for the Town of Leesburg and is a member of the National Trust for Historic Preservation.
